Guilin China Streets Dimly Lit By Red Lanterns
The dimly lit Guilin China streets were ablaze with light for a brief moment from the flash of a camera, then quickly returned to darkness. Between the trees in the Guilin China pavement, eerie shadows were cast from low wattage bulbs. In front of some of the Guilin China shops Red Lanterns helped to dispel the gloom. A Guilin China picture much different to that of modern Guilin with its neon signs and powerful street lights. The cooler evening air remains unchanged, a favored time for the Guilin people of China to stroll the streets.
Guilin China pavements were taken over by restaurant tables at which the Guilin people enjoyed their evening meals. What better time is there to enjoy an evening meal with family and friends. A Chinese meal is a social occasion cherished by the Chinese people. Food is on the top of the list of their priorities. The family may be rich or poor but the customs associated with a Chinese meal remain the same. The Guilin China restaurants were a popular meeting place for friends to enjoy their evening meal. In the early mornings, the Guilin China restaurants would serve breakfasts, mostly of noodles and rice soup.
